Smart911 Notifications

Plymouth County residents can now sign up to receive alerts from Smart911, a free automated reverse 911 system. Smart911 sends public safety alerts to registered phone numbers, with calls from the department displaying the number 833-533-6163. If a resident misses an alert and wishes to hear the last message delivered to their phone, they can dial the number back.

Smart911 is replacing Plymouth County’s previous reverse 911 vendor, CodeRED. The department encourages residents who wish to receive public safety alerts to sign up for Smart911, as CodeRED alerts will no longer be sent.
